Your Sabermatic Jig Saw
has been carefully designed to provide years of trouble free
performance. It is designed for you to work with, not work on. By following this simple maintenance guide, you will ensure
your saw does just that.
- Check Jig Unit oil
every four weeks
- Change Jig Unit oil
every six months
- Use a non-detergnet oil
- synthetic Mobil 1 recommended
- Fill oil to just below
the oil screw (part #166-1)
- Check saw guides for
excessive wear once per month - change as necessary
- Check jig unit
alignment if blades break or pull out of blade chuck
excessively
- Check cam roller every
six months for flat spots
- If saw vibrates
excessively, realign adjustable leg. If vibration continues, check
jig unit for proper alignment.
